Types
Explosive Circuit Training (ECT): Build muscle, shred fat, build endurance, and challenge you mentally and physically to prepare you, and give you the confidence to face life's challenges.
Smoke Sessions/AMRAP: Stimulate muscle endurance and challenge you mentally.
No weights, no gym no problem (No Excuses): Workouts for everyone, anyone, and anywhere. These routines are developed for those who don't have a home gym, access to a gym, travel a lot, or want routines using your body weight.
Partner Assist/Battle Buddy: These routines are fun, build comradery, motivate and inspire friends, family, and loved ones. They provide a little creativity, instill confidence, motivation, and can be competitive.
Additional Challenges: We will add a variety of challenges to add some fun, promote competition, and educate.
